“After making several phone calls to after hours plumbers and gas fitters who did not even have time to listen to the issue we had, we called Laurie at Leakless Plumbing. He was so friendly and professional, and fixed the problem in less than five minutes over the telephone. Cannot recommend highly enough and would not hesitate to use this service again in the future. It will be my first call next time! 😊”

“Used Leakless Plumbing on multiple retail and commercial assets for the Ipswich City Council for two years, they had been working on the properties long before my time and held a wealth of technical and historical knowledge of the assets. Very responsive and priced very competitively. They are a team of long serving plumbers and gas fitters, due to being owned and operated by a trustworthy and highly experienced leader, Ben Jesberg. A+ service, highly recommend.”

“Our early morning call was promptly answered and quick arrangements made to attend our home to inspect and carry out the repair. Professional and prompt service and left the job site clean. Great advice around other plumbing concerns which we felt comfortable with. Thank you for making this such an easy task to have rectified.

Frequently asked questions
We would recommend if you have an electric storage hot water system to check to see if
the relief valve that comes out of the top of the tank is hot. If it is hot, you will need a plumber to
inspect a possible faulty tempering valve. If the system is cold, you may need a licenced electrician
to investigate to see if the Thermostat or element has failed. If the system is leaking water, please
contact us to investigate this further.
You should contact us to investigate this further as you may have a partially blocked
drain which may need the use of a water jetter/drain machine to clear the issue. We would also
recommend using a CCTV drain camera to investigate this issue.
We would recommend checking to make sure that you have no leaking taps, toilets, or
hot water systems. With every tap turned off inside we would recommend checking your water
meter to see if it is ticking over. If the water meter is ticking over you may have a water leak
somewhere on your property. Please contact us as we may have to use our specialised leak
detection equipment to try and locate and detect your water leak.
